WHAT INSURANCE PROGRAMS ARE ACCEPTED?

WHAT CAN I EXPECT FROM THE FIRST VISIT?

The initial visit is mostly about gathering the information I need to understand your current situation, the issues you want to work on, and how your background and history might contribute in both positive and negative ways to your current situation.  Our efforts to make the changes that you hope to make will mostly begin the second visit.

HOW LONG WILL I NEED TO BE IN THERAPY?

There’s no easy answer to that question.  If you’ve been struggling for a long time with depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, or other significant problem, treatment is likely to last relatively longer.  If you’ve never had serious problems with psychological issues before and you’re dealing with a recent problem that came up in your situation, the length of therapy might be relatively shorter.  But there is no way to know for sure.
